1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our handling of data as described in the Privacy & Data section below. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SEOTIZE provides a set of tools designed to help websites grow through search engine optimization, including:

• A real user engagement network that connects website owners with partners who search for and visit target websites;
• AI-assisted generation of SEO-optimized articles and images;
• Hosting and global CDN delivery for articles and images uploaded or generated through the Service;
• Analytics, keyword tracking, and reporting tools;
• A partner marketplace through which individuals can complete tasks in exchange for payment.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time, and we may offer certain features as paid plans or task-based pricing as described on our Pricing page.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your Content & Uploads

SEOTIZE acts as a hosting, CDN, and distribution platform for User Content. We do not pre-screen, verify, edit, or endorse User Content before it is stored or delivered through our infrastructure. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the content, or you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents to upload, publish, and distribute it through SEOTIZE;
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or legal right of any third party;
• Your content is not illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise harmful, and does not contain malware or malicious code;
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where you operate and where your content is accessed;
• You will not upload images or articles depicting or promoting violence, exploitation of minors, or any other content prohibited by law.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading it, you grant SEOTIZE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, delivering, and improving the Service (for example, serving it through our image CDN).

We reserve the right, but do not assume any obligation, to remove or disable access to any User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law, or to respond to a valid copyright or legal takedown request. If you believe content hosted on SEOTIZE infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the content and your rights in it, and we will investigate.

SEOTIZE is not liable for User Content uploaded by you or by any other user of the Service, and you agree to indemnify SEOTIZE against claims arising from your User Content as described in the Indemnification section below.

5. AI-Generated Content

SEOTIZE's AI tools can generate articles, text, and images based on prompts and inputs you provide. AI-generated output is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or content that resembles existing works.

• You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it;
• Once you publish, save, or export AI-generated content, it is treated as your User Content and you accept the same responsibilities described in Section 4 above;
• SEOTIZE makes no guarantee that AI-generated content is free of errors, unique, or non-infringing, and you use these tools at your own risk.

6. Partner Program & Tasks

Individuals may join the SEOTIZE partner program to complete engagement tasks (such as searching for and visiting a website) in exchange for payment, as described on our Partners page.

• Partners must complete tasks genuinely and honestly; use of automated scripts, bots, VPN abuse, click farms, or any method to falsify task completion is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of earnings and account termination;
• Payouts are processed as described in your dashboard, typically via USDT (BEP20) or other supported methods, and may be subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds, processing times, and applicable fees;
• We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or deny payment for tasks we determine, in good faith, to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms;
• Task rates, availability, and program terms may change at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

7. Fees & Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment, including hosting subscription plans and task-based pricing for engagement campaigns, as described on our Pricing page.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months) and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable once the billing period has started;
• Task-based charges are billed based on completed, verified tasks at the rate applicable to your selected plan;
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service;
• We may suspend or downgrade access to paid features if payment is not received or a payment method fails.

8. Acceptable Use

In addition to the content rules in Section 4, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through malware, scraping, or excessive automated requests;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the Service without our written consent;
• Use the partner network or engagement tools to target websites without authorization to do so.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by SEOTIZE and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to SEOTIZE's trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

As set out in Section 4, you retain ownership of your User Content; SEOTIZE claims no ownership over content you upload or generate.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors). SEOTIZE does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We take the security of your data seriously. The Service uses SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, undergoes regular security review, and maintains automatic backups to help protect your account and content.

We collect and process the information necessary to operate your account, deliver hosted content, process partner payouts, and improve the Service, in a manner consistent with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SEOTIZE does not guarantee specific search ranking results, traffic volumes, or business outcomes from use of the Service, as SEO performance depends on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOTIZE and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any User Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to SEOTIZE in the 3 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEOTIZE and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your User Content; (b) your use or misuse of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 13, and 14) will continue to apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or operational reasons. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be handled through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and, failing resolution, through the courts or arbitration forums applicable to your agreement with SEOTIZE.
